Free Shipping within Australia

Loop Coffee is pleased to offer our customers FREE SHIPPING within Australia. No minimum spend, no hidden costs at checkout - just fresh coffee shipped FREE to your door.

All items are shipped via the Australia Post delivery network.

For orders shipped outside of Australia, an additional shipping fee will calculated and included in your order total at checkout.

Please note that our free shipping offer does not apply to items shipped to Australia’s external territories or international orders.

Delivery times

We will do our best to ensure all orders are dispatched within 24 hours of an order being placed.

Please refer to the table below for expected delivery times from the time an order has been dispatched.

If you need your coffee sooner, delivery by Express Post is available at an additional charge.

In the event that one or more items are unavailable for dispatch, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time for your order.


Returns

We are 100% confident that you will love our coffee and will always do our best to ensure only the highest quality product reaches your door. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@loopcoffee.com.au within 14 days of purchase to discuss the availability of an exchange or refund.

We will endeavour to ensure any refunds or exchanges are processed within 30 days of being notified of a defective or incorrect product.
